AGM Dates Set

The County have announced their series of dates for the end of season start of the new season AGMs.

Ladies Superleague AGM Friday 6th June 2014. 8pm Bishopsgate Club

All Teams from last season must be in attendance also any new prospective teams may attend with their intentions to join up for the new season. Any Proposals for the new season must be with the Secretary of the Ladies Superleague no later than Seven days prior to the date of the meeting. These must also be seconded and in written format.

Mens Superleague AGM Sunday 6th July 11am Bishopsgate Club.

Warwickshire Darts Organisation AGM Sunday 17th August 11am Bishopsgate Club.

All Mens and Ladies Teams from last season must be in attendance also any new prospective teams may attend with their intentions to join up for the new season. Any Proposals for the new season must be with the Secretary of the County no later than Seven days prior to the date of the meeting. These must also be seconded and in written format.

 

 

Billy Taylor Passes Away

Former Warwickshire player Billy Taylor has passed away today. Billy was a legend amongst the Warwickshire Bears during the 70s and early 80s before taking on a different role over at West Modlands where he was to become one of the great managers of the time. Deepest Sympathies are sent to all the faimily. RIP Billy.

Reds in KO Cup Victory.

Birmingham Reds tasted success for the first time in a few years with a win in the Warwickshire Mens KO Cup.

A superb night of darts that saw Reds overcome Erdington, Sutton Sports and Whitnash where they were to meet Coventry Bishopsgate in the final. They had battled through beating Castle Vale and Brandon. Reds eventually securing the Cup with a narrow 4-3 win with wins from:
