The Bears suffered their second loss of the season when they visited Cornwall. A case of missed doubles seemed to be the order of the weekend with Ladies and Men finding themselves in strong positions but to then fail in hitting that vital last dart. Kerry Bambridge completed a great 3-0 win and LOM with a 20.31 in the Ladies B 3 3 draw, other winners were Kat Spanswick and Melanie Hill. Carl Green took the MOM when on last of the 12 with a superb 28.56. Others victorious were Antony Allen, Tommy McGlone and Luke Kennedy. Trina and Sue Gulliver were the only winners in a 4-2 loss for the Ladies A whilst the Mens A managed to grab a 7-5 win which on paper looked like being a bigger margin. Jamie Hughes again taking the MOM with a 31.59. The County now has a tough task ahead and starting in two weeks time with a rearranged fixture versus Cheshire.
