Warwickshire produced their best performance of the season when defeating local rivals Northamptonshire with a 24-12 scoreline.
All four sections over the weekend were wins for the County. First off Ladies B was a 4-2 win with wins from Marian Conway, Caroline Pike, Nina Bolt with a superb bull finish and LOM Melanie Jones with an 18.53. Mens B saw four debutants take their places and a great 8-4 win with wins from Martin Tonks, Carl Green, Mark Martin, Karl Reynolds, Wayne Mynard, Mark Tomlinson, Carl Winters and MOM Adam Hancock with a 24.74.
On to the Sunday and Ladies A took a superb 5-1 win with Tammy Montgomery, Sue Gulliver, Angela Jones, Chloe McKivett, and a LOM from Natalie Gilbert with a 23.86. Mens A were held back with a strong Northants team but a 7-5 win courtesy of Prakash Jiwa, Kevin Dowling, Steve Hine, Noel Grant, Matty Washbrooke, Steve Giddings and a MOM from Gareth Braham 30.31.
So a sixth consecutive victory for the Bears and next up is an away match in Lancashire
