Warwickshire lost out by the single game in a tight encounter with our visitors Essex. Saturday we started with a solid 4-2 win in the Ladies wins from Chloe McKivett Saunders, Donna Pinch, Jodie Rigg and a LOM from Courtney Hine 18.24.
The Mens B was a struggle throughout with many players off form, winners were Jnr Joyce, Martin Tonks, Dave Hill and MOM from Ryan Jackson 24.58.
10-8 down overnight we needed the A lads and lasses to show some character on the day. This they did with both teams earning draws on the day.
Ladies A winners were Marian Conway, Natalie Gilbert and a LOM from Wendy Adams 19.45, others fought very well but Essex proved to be superb in their wins.
Mens A again have their sights on the TITLE again and the six points gained will surely give them some impetus going into the last fixture away in London. Wins coming from Matty Washbrooke, Gareth Braham, Nigel Heydon, Danny Lauby, Wayne Mynard and a MOM from Sam Whittaker 30.15.
