Two of the Counties in form players seek success this coming weekend as they take their place at the UK Open in Minehead.
Jamie Hughes qualifies courtesy of his position within the PDC rankings and comes into the event at the 3rd Round as he is currently within the 33rd-64th place in the rankings. Jamie takes on Germany’s Florian Hempel.
Our other star of the moment Noel Grant continues his superb form following his International call up he ran through a field of 99 players to win the Coventry qualifier and take his place in Round one where he will take on former Yorkshire player Graham Usher who won through via gaining his PDC tour card earlier this year.
We also see Warwickshire’s Ted Evetts joining at Round two due to his 67th-96th place within the rankings. Ted takes on the winner of the tie between Scotland’s Jim McEwan or Danny Lauby who incidentally plays within the County Organisation with Superleague side Studley
All have the potential and certainly the game to go forward and all within the Warwickshire ranks will be supporting them both all weekend.
