Warwickshire produced one of their greatest victories when defeating Lancashire in Coventry. It will go down in history as its believed a few records may have been broken on the weekend. One being an incredible 51 180s recorded over the weekend.
Ladies B were up against it but some great shows by the girls with wins by Denise Keyte, Melanie Jones, Rosie O Connor, Nina Bolt and a welcome return to the County from Tammy Montgomery who took the LOM with a great 23.48.
Mens B also faced a tough side and managed to take 5 of the 12 games, wins from James Hykin, Carl Green, Gareth Braham, Matty Washbrooke and an MOM from Mark Strong.28.33
Ladies A had started to show some great form of late and produced again with a 4-2 win, with Donna Pinch, Natlie Gilbert, Sue Gulliver and a LOM from Angela Jones 22.77.
Mens A head the table and with both teams severley affected by the Q school taking part on the same weekend it was going to be a day to see what the Counties had in back up, it turned out to be another massive 11-1 victory with only loser being Dave Atkins who still showed great effort and character. But then some super wins with a team average of 28.11 and top averages were Jamie Hughes 32.11 and MOM from Nigel Heydon 35.31.
On to Essex next for the Bears in early February.
