The County held their AGM this morning at the Hen Lane and District Social Club Coventry.
All Officials were voted back en bloc unanimously. We are always looking for new officials to assist with County Duties. Amongst those we are still looking for a County General Secretary.
However there has been a slight change of personnel amongst the Ladies, with Caroline Pike resigning her position as Ladies Team Manager that position was taken up be Sue MaClennan with Nina Bolt and Marian Conway making up the Selection Committee.
Mens remains the same with Neil Pritchard Manager and Martin Partridge and Colin Laffar the selectors. Bernie Strong is also a member of the selection but currently not ready to take up this position due to ill health, however his position will remain in place with prospects of his health improving in the coming months.
Superleaague Ladies will remain as Sue MaClennan as Secretary and in the mens the position was taken up by Neil Pritchard following the resignation of Sarah West. The Officials wish to thank Sarah for her sterling work over the last few years with the County.
There was also a rule change with the ruling regarding outside County Players with the ruling now stating the same with 2 outside players per team however them said players will not have to commit to Warwickshire in the following season.
We now look forward to the new season both Superleague and County where we look to emulate our success of last season.
