The County were very saddened today with the news that their former player Edwina Holdsworth had passed away. Edwina had been in a long fight against the dreaded Cancer after being diagnosed two years ago. Such a brave battle. All our thoughts are with the family at this sad time. RIP to a lovely lady.

Jamie Hughes the reigning champion of the British Pentathlon finished as runner up to eventual champion Martin Adams, always looking to be in the hunt to retain his title but lost out on 432 points to Adams 436.
Trina Gulliver completed her 8th British Pentathlon title with a final points tally of 329 which was a 28 point difference to runner up Deta Hedman. Claire Brookin on 285 and Rhian Griffths completed the top four placings.
