Simon Fairbrother won through a strong field of players to take his place at the Lakeside International Play Offs later in the year. Simon had defeated the veteran Colin Laffar by a 3-0 scoreline in the semi finals which was the same scoreline that saw Antony Allen defeat Nigel Heydon. Simon then repeated this feat in the final over Allen. More Details to follow when announced by the BDO as to the date and venue for the next stages.
